I support my clients on their journey to gain insight and find the tools they can use to be more intentional in their growth.

My experience supporting those with physical and emotional trauma has taught me to trust the individualized process of healing. So many of us have experienced criticism and shame—from the outside world, from our own

thoughts, and sometimes even from those we have

reached out to for help in the past. This is why it is so

important for me as a therapist to accept and witness

your process without judgement.

You are the expert on your experiences. I trust

your strength. Each person’s therapy is a unique process

of discovering and building on what works best for them.

This means that I am committed to listen, trust, and

collaborate with you to understand your world, and to

make sure you are getting what you are looking for out

of our relationship.

I am dedicated to supporting those navigating the

world in a non-traditional family and/or lifestyle (foster

care/adoption/poly/chosen and other diverse families),

and folks who exist across the spectrum of gender and

sexuality. I have extensive experience working with trans

and gender non-conforming children, youth, and adults.

As a sex-positive therapist, I am comfortable working

with you, if you are single, partneredpoly, or working on

your relationship with yourself.

In all of my therapeutic work, be it with partnerships, individuals, or families, I strive to bring my utmost authenticity to our therapeutic relationship and will ask the same of you. Therapy at its best is a challenging but deeply rewarding endeavour, and I look forward to being a supportive and steadfast companion on your therapeutic journey.
